• Born in Wahiwa, Hawaii, has been a practicing for more than 30 years, including Wado-Kai Karate for 20 years.
• Sensei Sasaki has additional black belts in Shotokan, and Tae Kwon Do 
• 20+ years of competition and has won numerous gold and silver metals in Kumite (sparring) and Kata (forms).
• Attended world championships and won state and national level competitions.
• Co-Captain of the U.S. Wado-Kai Team
• Colorado State Kata Champion (1991-2003)
• Colorado State Kumite Champion (1995-1999)
• 1995 Wado-kai World Cup -Kata-place 5th
• 1995 Wado-Kai World Cup-Team kumite -3rd place
• 2008 World Wado-Kai Championship-3rd place
